It is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as a variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Dish towels and basic kitchen utensils are provided.

The separate bedroom has laminate flooring, a comfortable bed, and offers ample storage space thanks to a dresser, wardrobe, and shoe cabinet. In addition to the bedroom, you can use the sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Blackout blinds and privacy screens on the windows ensure a restful sleep. A modern bathroom with a shower (shower over tub), hairdryer, sink, mirror, and a variety of bath amenities is available, as well as a guest toilet.
