The apartment building spans three floors, and the apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa area, a separate dining area, and a kitchenette equipped with modern appliances. For complete self-catering, a four-burner electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery are provided. A dishwasher is also available for added convenience. A coffee maker, toaster, and kettle complete the kitchen equipment.

Es war vor Ort wirklich alles top und auch der Kontakt zu Herrn Rauscher wegen Kleinigkeiten freundlich und schnell. Das einzige: in der Vermietungsanzeige sollte man wirklich auf die Einschränkungen durch die Dachschrägen hinweisen und erwähnen, dass die Unterkunft im Grunde für niemanden über 1,80m geeignet ist. Daher würden wir die Wohnung auch nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
