The "Time Out in the Alps" accommodation is located in the idyllic village of Bad Mitterndorf at an altitude of approximately 800 meters above sea level and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing stay amidst an impressive mountain landscape. Its rural location in a village, surrounded by forests and in close proximity to other natural attractions, affords exceptionally good views of the surrounding valleys, mountains, and alpine scenery. The region is perfect for nature lovers, active vacationers, and families who value comfort and a variety of leisure activities.

The 50 m² apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator and was last renovated in 2025. The modernized furnishings ensure a contemporary living environment with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The accommodation is suitable for up to four people and warmly welcomes couples as well as families with children. Pets are also allowed (maximum one animal), so you can easily bring your four-legged family member along.

The bright, centrally located living area features a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a dining table, and a television (35-44 inches, cable connection, international channels, digital reception). Wi-Fi and digital TV provide modern entertainment and added convenience. Privacy screens on all windows and a full-length mirror in the bedroom enhance comfort. The dining area offers ample space for enjoyable meals with friends and family.

The fully equipped, enclosed kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a modern, electric four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with integrated freezer, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and a generous selection of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are all at your disposal. Dish towels and a waste bin are also provided.

The bedroom has a comfortable carpet and offers a restful sleep. Bed linens and various storage options, such as a chest of drawers, are provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer, and bath and hand towels. To help you get started on your holiday, you'll find a starter kit including soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. A washing machine, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner are also available for your use.

One of the accommodation's special features is the covered balcony, furnished with garden furniture and an awning, which offers exceptionally beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and valleys at any time of day, regardless of the weather.

Free parking is available directly at the building. While a car is recommended for exploring the area, shops, restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, public transport, and medical facilities are all within a 2,000-meter radius.

The alpine setting offers countless opportunities for sporting and cultural activities: In winter, you'll benefit from the proximity to ski lifts (5,000 meters), cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and snowboard slopes. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails, paragliding, mountaineering, swimming in nearby lakes (10 km), botanical gardens, and numerous natural and tourist attractions promise a variety of activities. For culture enthusiasts, museums, churches, and ruins are easily accessible. Additional options include boat rentals, fishing, horseback riding, carriage rides, canoeing, rowing, diving, snorkeling, and windsurfing in the surrounding area. Shops and restaurants are only about 1,000 meters away.
